2Sa 23:15 C D T R K And David [01732] longed, and said, Oh that one would give me drink of the water of the well of Bethlehem, which is by the gate!
2Sa 23:16 C D T R K And the three mighty men brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David [01732]: nevertheless he would not drink thereof, but poured it out unto the LORD.
2Sa 23:23 C D T R K He was more honourable than the thirty, but he attained not to the first three. And David [01732] set him over his guard.
2Sa 24:1 C D T R K And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David [01732] against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.
2Sa 24:10 C D T R K And David's [01732] heart smote him after that he had numbered the people. And David [01732] said unto the LORD, I have sinned greatly in that I have done : and now, I beseech thee, O LORD, take away the iniquity of thy servant; for I have done very foolishly.
2Sa 24:11 C D T R K For when David [01732] was up in the morning, the word of the LORD came unto the prophet Gad, David's [01732] seer, saying,
2Sa 24:12 C D T R Go and say unto David [01732], Thus saith the LORD, I offer thee three things; choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.
2Sa 24:13 C D T R K So Gad came to David [01732], and told him, and said unto him, Shall seven years of famine come unto thee in thy land? or wilt thou flee three months before thine enemies, while they pursue thee? or that there be three days ' pestilence in thy land? now advise, and see what answer I shall return to him that sent me.
2Sa 24:14 C D T R K And David [01732] said unto Gad, I am in a great strait : let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies are great : and let me not fall into the hand of man.
2Sa 24:17 C D T R K And David [01732] spake unto the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly : but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father's house.
2Sa 24:18 C D T R K And Gad came that day to David [01732], and said unto him, Go up, rear an altar unto the LORD in the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite.
2Sa 24:19 C D T R And David [01732], according to the saying of Gad, went up as the LORD commanded.
2Sa 24:21 C D T R K And Araunah said, Wherefore is my lord the king come to his servant? And David [01732] said, To buy the threshingfloor of thee, to build an altar unto the LORD, that the plague may be stayed from the people.
2Sa 24:22 C D T R K And Araunah said unto David [01732], Let my lord the king take and offer up what seemeth good unto him : behold, here be oxen for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and other instruments of the oxen for wood.
2Sa 24:24 C D T R K And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price : neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David [01732] bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
2Sa 24:25 C D T R K And David [01732] built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD was intreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.
1Ki 1:1 C D T R K Now king David [01732] was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he gat no heat.

1Ki 1:31 C D T R K Then Bathsheba bowed with her face to the earth, and did reverence to the king, and said, Let my lord king David [01732] live for ever.
1Ki 1:32 C D T R K And king David [01732] said, Call me Zadok the priest, and Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada. And they came before the king.

1Ki 1:38 C D T R So Zadok the priest, and Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and the Cherethites, and the Pelethites, went down, and caused Solomon to ride upon king David's [01732] mule, and brought him to Gihon.

1Ki 2:24 C D T R K Now therefore, as the LORD liveth, which hath established me, and set me on the throne of David [01732] my father, and who hath made me an house, as he promised, Adonijah shall be put to death this day.
1Ki 2:26 C D T R K And unto Abiathar the priest said the king, Get thee to Anathoth, unto thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death : but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou barest the ark of the Lord GOD before David [01732] my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in all wherein my father was afflicted.

1Ki 3:14 C D T R K And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David [01732] did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.
1Ki 5:1 C D T R K And Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants unto Solomon; for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the room of his father : for Hiram was ever a lover of David [01732].

1Ki 8:18 C D T R And the LORD said unto David [01732] my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.
1Ki 8:20 C D T R And the LORD hath performed his word that he spake, and I am risen up in the room of David [01732] my father, and sit on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built an house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.
1Ki 8:24 C D T R Who hast kept with thy servant David [01732] my father that thou promisedst him: thou spakest also with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thine hand, as it is this day.
1Ki 8:25 C D T R K Therefore now, LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David [01732] my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me.
