A Commentary, Critical, Practical, and Explanatory on the Old and New Testaments, by Robert Jamieson, A.R. Fausset and David Brown [1882]
JOB'S REPLY. (Job 26:1-14)

without power . . . no strength . . . no wisdom--The negatives are used instead of the positives, powerlessness, &c., designedly (so Isa 31:8; Deu 32:21). Granting I am, as you say (Job 18:17; Job 15:2), powerlessness itself, &c. "How hast thou helped such a one?"

savest--supportest.

1 But Job [0347] answered [06030] and said [0559],
2 How hast thou helped [05826] him that is without power [03581]? how savest [03467] thou the arm [02220] that hath no [03808] strength [05797]?
3 How hast thou counselled [03289] him that hath no [03808] wisdom [02451]? and how hast thou plentifully [07230] declared [03045] the thing as it is [08454]?
4 To whom hast thou uttered [05046] words [04405]? and whose spirit [05397] came [03318] from thee?
5 Dead [07496] things are formed [02342] from under the waters [04325], and the inhabitants [07931] thereof.
