The ZIP (compressed) file contains information that could be used by other application developers interested in incorporating dictionary data into their application. In the ZIP file, you'll find a file named readme.txt. It is a table of contents, and if necessary, instructions on how to interpret the content. It can be opened with any standard text editor (e.g. notepad, wordpad, textpad, emacs, or vi).
